DESIGN:

We have a full in-house design team that will help you through the process.

(1)Customer with finished vector design：

Send us your design via e-mail at your sales representative . We could work with designs made in Adobe Illustrator 2019 saved in a AI or EPS format (for best results save it in 2017 version). And make sure all your fonts are converted into paths.

(2)Hand-drawn design:Photoshop (.PSD) file

Your sales representative will send you our print templates and you can design in the templates.

Bohang can accept Photoshop (.psd) files as long as certain stipulations are followed to ensure the end result looks great.

Photoshop files are classified as raster images which is mentioned above.

We would request that the file size be saved out at 100% the size you would like them to appear, with 300 DPI (dots per inch) or greater.

Lastly, we would request that logos be saved with a transparent background so our designers can eliminate the potential for any white boxes surrounding your images.

(3)If you are using an image such as a PNG/JPG ,TIFF, it must be high resolution (300+ dpi) .

Our designers will check your design and will be apply it to the uniform print template and send it back for your review.

Our designers will work with you to make sure you are happy with how your design fits the gear.

Customer without finished design：

If you are a bicycle brand or a new brand and don’t have your own designers, Bohang could provide ODM service for you.

(1)With over 10 years of ODM experience. You can send us your concept or the color of your bicycle tube this season. Our designers will prepare a professional draft and send it back for you to review .
